Customer Service Manager (Female)

Position Title: Customer Service Manager (X1 Female)

Department: Property Management

Reports To: Property Management Director / Estate Manager

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

1. Customer Service Operations

Oversee all customer service activities within the property management office.

Ensure timely and professional handling of resident inquiries, requests, and complaints.

Track, record, and resolve service issues, ensuring follow-up until closure.

Handle escalated or complex customer issues and provide effective solutions.

2. Resident Relationship Management

Build and maintain good relationships with residents to enhance satisfaction and trust.

Conduct resident satisfaction surveys and implement improvement plans.

Organize and support community events, communication activities, and announcements.

Provide move-in and move-out support, including orientation for new residents

3. Communication & Coordination

Coordinate with security, maintenance, cleaning, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

Follow up on repairs, maintenance requests, and urgent issues.

Report major incidents, customer complaints, or operational risks to management in a timely manner.

4. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of complaints, service requests, and resident files.

Prepare weekly and monthly service reports, including performance data and improvement suggestions.

Assist in updating service guidelines, SOPs, and customer communication templates.

5. Policy Implementation & Compliance

Ensure all customer service activities comply with company policies and estate regulations.

Monitor adherence to safety, service, and complaint-handling procedures.

Train staff on new policies, customer interaction skills, and emergency response protocols.

6. Additional Responsibilities

Participate in budgeting for customer service operations.

Assist in emergency response management (fire, medical, security incidents).

Support management in special projects or operational improvements.

Perform other relevant duties assigned by the Property Management Director.

Candidate Requirements

1. Diploma/ Degree in Marketing, hospitality, Business Administration or any related field

2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills

3. 4 years plus Experience in property management, hospitality, customer service, sales and receptionist.

4. Ability to lead a team and handle pressure

5. She must be 26 years and above

6. Full -time Position.

7. Gross salary per Month ZMK5,000

The company is now seeking to recruit a Vibrant and exceptional Real Estate Sales & Marketing Consultant who is highly adept at devising successful real estate sales strategies, coordinating sales campaigns, and executing effective marketing plans that will convert potential prospects into clients.

Detailed Job Description Include the Following:

You will be responsible for overseeing the promotion of property sales on various advertising platforms, as well as formulating sales propositions and project briefings.

As a Real Estate Sales & Marketing Consultant your role will be to create sales lead and develop them into real actual sale by way of promoting our products and services to prospective Clients. You will market our brand message to all prospective and potential clients to buy our Housing Units, while simultaneously maintaining a good business relationship with real estate agents by sending them brochures, promo materials newsletters and providing specific project updates including our flexible payment methods.

You will be working with a professional real estate team on the organization of all our real estate marketing ventures, which entails researching the housing market, identifying high-yield investment properties, and collaborating with various vendors and real estate agents. We aspire to be the best and second to none solution provider in the real estate industry.

The ideal applicant should have well-rounded knowledge of the property market and current real estate schemes and market trends. They should also have superb multitasking skills, as well as expertise with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Responsibilities

· Devising a highly efficient real estate marketing strategy

· Overseeing the progress of our advertisement campaign and sales activities

· Monitoring the housing and property markets to identify potential leads

· Maintaining contact with our clientele by sending them newsletters and updates

· Cooperating with current business partners on potential projects

Requirements:

1. Grade 12 certificate.

2. Minimum entry of a Diploma or better in Marketing or any related field.

3. Thorough knowledge of the real estate market with 1 year and above work experience in the real estate market...

4. An Affiliated member of ZIM.

5. Strong pressure resistance and sense of responsibility.

6. Full-Time Position

7. Competitive Salary, Commission for each successful sale you make plus bonus and incentives.
