The registration will cover the provision of goods, services, and works for the Financial Years 2027–2029. Interested applicants are encouraged to submit their applications in accordance with the prescribed requirements and relevant categories.
Through this process, the organization seeks to establish a robust, diverse, and dependable network of vendors who can consistently deliver quality goods and services while adhering to regulatory and organizational standards

MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
All applicants must submit the following mandatory documentation:
1. Vendor Registration forms that can be collected from the ChildFund Zambia country office.
1. A Company profile clearly indicating areas of specialization
2. Cover letter
3. Three (3) traceable references for similar assignments
4. Evidence of relevant and traceable experience
5. Valid ZRA Tax Clearance Certificate
6. PACRA registration documents, clearly showing ownership and directors/shareholders
7. Bank details confirmation (official bank letter or stamped details)
8. Certified bank statements for the most recent three (3) months
9. ZPPA Certificate
10. Workers’ Compensation Certificate
11. Physical address location
Failure to submit any of the above documents will lead to automatic disqualification.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE
- Supplier registration does not guarantee contract award
- Deadline for submission: July 5, 2026
- All interested vendors are required to pay a non-refundable vendor registration fee of ZMW 1,000.00 as part of the registration process. Payments can be made into the following bank account:

- Only registered and prequalified suppliers will be invited to participate in procurement processes
- Contractors applying under Category 6 (Construction) shall be required to submit valid and current certification issued by the National Council for Construction (NCC).
- Applicants under Category 11 (Medical Supplies) must provide all requisite certifications, including but not limited to proof of registration with the Zambia Medicines Regulatory Authority (ZAMRA).
- For Category 14. (Water-Related Services/Works), applicants must submit a valid Water Resources Management Authority (WARMA) certificate under the relevant section, where applicable.
- All existing vendors currently providing goods, works, or services to ChildFund Zambia and who wish to be considered for future contracts are hereby required to reapply and submit the full set of required documentation in accordance with this prequalification process.
- Only suppliers who have been duly registered and successfully prequalified shall be eligible to participate in subsequent procurement processes.
