JOB VACANCY : MARKETING AND OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
Crown Peak Games Limited, a fast-growing gaming and entertainment company, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Operations Officer to join our team in Lusaka.
Key Responsibilities Marketing
● Execute marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.
● Coordinate radio, television, digital, and activation campaigns.
● Manage social media content and community engagement.
● Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and brand ambassadors.
● Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports. Operations
● Oversee daily operational activities and ensure smooth business processes.
● Coordinate with technical, customer service, and field teams.
● Monitor sales performance and operational KPIs.
● Assist in managing promotions, activations, and special events.
● Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures. Requirements
● Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
● Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, operations, sales, or a related role.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Good knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
● Must be proactive, organized, and results-oriented. Preferred Candidate

● Experience in the gaming, telecommunications, media, or FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
