Mobile Device Repair Technician

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Mobile Device Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in diagnosing and repairing smartphones, tablets, and other handheld electronic devices. The successful applicant must be confident working with both hardware and software issues and possess excellent micro-soldering skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair faults on smartphones, tablets, and other electronic devices.
- Perform screen, battery, charging port, camera, speaker, microphone, and button replacements.
- Carry out motherboard-level repairs and micro-soldering where required.
- Diagnose and repair charging, power, display, and water damage issues.
- Install, update, and troubleshoot device software and operating systems.
- Test repaired devices to ensure they meet quality standards before returning them to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe repair workstation.
- Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and completed jobs.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair options and estimated completion times.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience repairing smartphones, tablets, and similar electronic devices.
- Strong knowledge of Android and iOS devices.
- Proven experience with micro-soldering and motherboard repairs.
- Ability to diagnose both hardware and software faults accurately.
- Experience using professional repair tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Honest, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
