(1) Core Translation Work
1. Responsible for bidirectional interpretation between Chinese and Zambia's official languages (English/Bemba, etc.), covering business negotiations, government coordination, meeting communication, client reception, and other scenarios to ensure accurate and efficient communication.
2. Handle translation and proofreading of various materials in Chinese/English or Chinese/Zambian languages, including contracts, business documents, financial documents, and promotional materials, to ensure accuracy and standardization, and complete document organization and archiving.
3. Daily external communication support: assist in liaising with local government departments, partners, and suppliers, manage translation for calls, emails, and on-site communication to ensure smooth information flow.
(2) Full-Process Administrative Work
1. Daily administrative coordination: procurement and inventory management of office supplies, distribution of office items, maintenance of office environment, and coordination of basic office equipment maintenance.
2. Logistics and personnel support: employee attendance management, dormitory and catering coordination, business vehicle scheduling, and booking and arranging business travel for employees.
3. Document and archive management: classification and archiving of Chinese/English or Chinese/Zambian materials, scanning and data entry, safekeeping of company licenses, and compilation of various administrative and business reports.
4. Meetings and reception: responsible for conveying meeting notices, arranging venues, organizing meeting records, and following up on post-meeting matters; handle reception of visiting clients and partner organizations from China and abroad, and assist with itineraries and communication coordination.
(3) Other Comprehensive Work
Complete temporary tasks assigned by management, including cross-department collaboration, external coordination, document organization, and field assistance, and comply with work arrangements.

3. Job Requirements
1. Identity and Education: Zambian citizen, bachelor’s degree or above, no specific major required; majors in Chinese language and literature, translation, international trade, administrative management, or related fields preferred.
2. Language Skills: Chinese proficiency at HSK5 level or above, fluent spoken language, clear expression, able to independently complete business interpretation and translation tasks; proficient in English (or Zambian official languages) with accurate and flexible bilingual translation skills.
3. Office and Administrative Abilities: proficient in Word, Excel, PPT, and other office software, basic skills in official document writing, document organization, and report preparation, and understanding of basic administrative office procedures.
4. Comprehensive Qualities:
(1) Detail-oriented and meticulous, sensitive to language, zero errors in translation, administrative tasks handled clearly, efficiently, and orderly.
(2) Strong communication and coordination skills, approachable and appropriate, skilled in liaising with Chinese staff and various local institutions and personnel.
(3) Hardworking, strong stress resistance, able to manage multiple translation and administrative tasks, and comply with work arrangements.
(4) Upright character, strong confidentiality awareness, strong sense of responsibility, high stability, no negative work record.
5. Bonus Points: Work experience in Chinese enterprises, business translation experience, or familiarity with local Zambian commerce, taxation, and government coordination processes is preferred.
Note: Subject to company arrangements, the position may later be transferred to a Sales Director role, and candidates need to comply with related arrangements.
