Broadleaf Credit Limited is seeking three (3) motivated and results-driven Loan Consultants to join our team in Solwezi.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, assess, and process loan applications from prospective clients.
- Conduct client due diligence and basic credit risk assessments.
- Promote the company’s loan products and grow the client portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding customer needs, resolving queries promptly, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Follow up on loan repayments and support timely loan recovery.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure proper documentation.
- Meet assigned sales, disbursement, and portfolio performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with company lending policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Prepare accurate reports on client activities, loan applications, and portfolio performance.
- Conduct market outreach and identify new business opportunities within the assigned area.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, lending, microfinance, banking, or a related role will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of the local business environment in Solwezi.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and business development abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Good record-keeping and reporting skills.
- Must be based in Solwezi or willing to relocate.
