About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate Social Media Content Creator & Brand Ambassador to become the face and voice of Go Zambia Jobs across all major platforms — including Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram.
You’ll lead our social media strategy, create original and trending content for job seekers and employers, and bring energy, insight, and creativity to how we engage our audience.
This is a unique opportunity to shape Zambia’s online career conversation — building a powerful personal and brand presence that inspires, educates, and entertains.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Go Zambia Jobs’ social media content strategy across multiple platforms.
- Create engaging, high-performing content (videos, posts, graphics, interviews, stories, etc.) tailored for Zambian audiences.
- Grow followers, engagement, and visibility across all key channels.
- Run in-person content activations such as street interviews, event coverage, and on-the-ground campaigns.
- Stay up to date with trending topics, formats, and creators to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate with the wider Go Zambia Jobs team to support campaigns for job seekers, employers, and partners.
- Represent Go Zambia Jobs as the thought leader in Zambia’s job and career space — both online and offline.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong presence on social media and a passion for creating engaging content.
- Confident on camera, with excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- A creative thinker who understands social trends, virality, and what drives engagement.
- Ability to shoot, edit, and publish video and photo content (smartphone-based is fine).
- A proactive, independent worker who takes initiative and brings ideas to life.
- Knowledge or interest in the Zambian job market and employment trends is a plus.
