About the Role:
Smartron Strategy Limited is looking for a motivated Sales & Business Development Intern to join our dynamic team. This role offers hands-on experience in business development, client acquisition, and sales strategy implementation, with commissions available for every successful deal closed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential clients and introduce Smartron’s services (Digital Marketing, IT Solutions, HR Services, Labour Hire).
- Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles is a plus.
