We’re looking for a Customer Success Intern to join our growing team and help us deliver exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and passionate about helping people. You’ll be the bridge between our operations, marketing, and customers — ensuring every order and inquiry is handled smoothly and professionally.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys communication, problem-solving, and creating great experiences for customers in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Track and follow up on orders and deliveries with the operations team.
- Ensure all customer concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Collect feedback and help build our customer satisfaction database.
- Assist in managing product reviews, returns, and exchanges.
- Support customer loyalty and referral initiatives.
- Prepare weekly reports on customer satisfaction and communication metrics.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for customer service and tech products.
- Good written English and basic computer literacy (Excel, WhatsApp Web, Gmail).
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bonus: Experience in customer service, sales, or social media engagement.
