We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tender & Quotation Officer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, compiling tender submissions, and maintaining accurate records using Excel and other office applications.
This position requires strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, record, and track all customer enquiries.
- Prepare quotations, pricing sheets, and commercial documents using Excel.
- Compile and format tender documents in accordance with client requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain pricing and technical specifications.
- Maintain organized records of all quotations, tenders, and correspondence.
- Monitor and ensure timely submission of tenders.
- Generate periodic Excel reports on quotations, submissions, and outcomes.
- Support management with data analysis and document preparation when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data validation, formatting).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PDF tools, and general document handling.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in tender preparation, quotation work, or administrative support is an advantage.
