TERALIFE is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Associate in our Patient Support Team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities:
Outreach Calls to Patients:
Initiate outgoing calls to patients to provide assistance, gather necessary information, and address any inquiries or concerns they may have regarding their treatment or appointments.
Appointment Confirmation:
Confirm appointments with patients, ensuring accuracy and clarity regarding dates, times, and location. Follow established protocols to reschedule appointments when necessary.
Follow-Up Calls:
Conduct follow-up calls with patients to gather feedback on their experience, address any post-treatment concerns, and ensure continuity of care. Additionally, coordinate with healthcare providers to follow up on patient progress and treatment plans.
Outreach to New Partners:
Identify and reach out to potential partners in the healthcare field, including medical practitioners, clinics, and hospitals. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to expand our network and enhance patient support services.
Field Work for Medical Outreach:
Support medical outreach efforts through on-ground activities such as visiting clinics, distributing patient information materials, collecting patient data, and assisting in organizing 6. local healthcare events and awareness campaigns.
Promote services through phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS campaigns, and follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling/field sales - preferably healthcare.
- Fluent in both English and Swahili, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Graduate in any field, with preference given to candidates with healthcare-related qualifications.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with patients’ needs and concerns.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
