Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Law, or any Business related field;
2. Strong communication and teamwork skills;
3. Ability to adapt to outdoor fieldwork in remote project areas.
4. With a valid driving Licence and a good record of driving.
5. Able to operate excel, word etc and strong ability to adapt to operate a computer.
6. Self supervision to ensure objectives are archive.
7. Goal oriented legal officer
Job Responsibilities:
1. It's mainly for application and compliance works for Mining/Non-mining rights.
2. Draft related reports, assist in mineral export( obtain related permit/certificate.
3. Follow up the export clearance) etc., needs to have mining / geological backgrounds/Working experience over the similar works, 2 to 3 years experience.
4. Conduct geological exploration, data collection, and analysis;
5. Assist in preparing geological maps and technical reports;
6. Supervise sample collection and submission to laboratories;
7. Support mineral rights development and provide technical services;
8. Manage and update the company’s geological and mineral rights database.
