The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled, accurate, and confidential Stenographer to provide comprehensive secretarial and transcription support to our senior management team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in documenting confidential meetings, hearings, and official correspondence, ensuring precision and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Take verbatim dictation using shorthand/stenography methods during meetings, interviews, hearings, and internal proceedings.
- Transcribe dictated material accurately and efficiently into official documents, reports, and minutes.
- Perform timely and accurate typing of correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Maintain a confidential and highly organized filing system for sensitive documents and executive correspondence.
- Manage the executive calendar, schedule appointments, coordinate logistics for meetings, and handle travel arrangements as required.
- Screen and prioritize incoming correspondence, phone calls, and visitors.
- Assist with general administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the executive office.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: A minimum of a Diploma/Advanced Certificate in Secretarial Studies, Office Management, or equivalent.
- Typing Speed: Proven typing speed of at least.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Stenographer, Court Reporter, or Executive Secretary, preferably in a environment.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document formatting.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with impeccable grammar and attention to detail.
