People in Need (PIN) Zambia is seeking qualified and experienced individual consultants or consultancy firms to deliver technical, on-the-job consultation and mentorship to strengthen the capacity of 20 Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in the following thematic areas:
1. Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)
Objective: Strengthen M&E systems, data collection, reporting frameworks, and use of evidence in decision-making.
Scope Includes:
- Strengthening M&E systems
- Improving data collection and reporting frameworks
- Enhancing the use of evidence for informed decision-making
Support will be participatory and action-oriented, enabling CSOs to build sustainable and accountable M&E practices.

2. Resource Mobilization
Objective: Build capacity in fundraising and donor engagement.
Scope Includes:
- Developing resource mobilization strategies
- Donor mapping
- Proposal writing
- Preparing compelling cases for support
Support will be tailored and participatory, with a focus on building long-term, sustainable fundraising systems.

3. Secure Communication Tools
Objective: Support CSOs in establishing secure and affordable communication systems to protect data and support advocacy in a shrinking civic space.
Scope Includes:
- Establishing secure, reliable, and cost-effective communication systems
- Enhancing digital security to protect organizational data and advocacy efforts
The approach will be participatory and practical, aimed at helping CSOs strengthen their security, accountability, and sustainability.
