We are looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Butler/Server to join our hospitality team. The right person will enjoy serving guests, making them feel welcome, and always providing excellent service.
Main Duties:
- Set up and serve meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) according to lodge standards.
- Understand what is included or excluded in each guest’s package.
- Record and process bar sales correctly.
- Serve wine, cocktails, tea, and coffee professionally.
- Keep guest room mini-bars stocked and neat.
- Take guest orders and work closely with the kitchen team.
- Plan and prepare for private dinners and special guest experiences.
- Always keep a clean, neat, and professional appearance.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide service with care and respect.
Skills and Qualities:
- Good communication and people skills.
- Knowledge of dining and bar service.
- Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
- Friendly, polite, and professional at all times.
