SALES ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in the store.
- Provide detailed product information and help customers choose suitable perfumes.
- Handle sales transactions and operate the till or POS system.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and attractively displayed.
- Monitor stock levels and report when items need restocking.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and positive attitude at all times.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must have completed Grade 12 with a full certificate.
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience working in a perfume or beauty store.
- Should have basic knowledge of perfumes, fragrance types, and customer preferences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be neat, well-presented, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
