Position Overview
We are seeking skilled and passionate Detailing Technicians to join our growing team. The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out high-quality detailing services, maintaining cleanliness standards, and ensuring customer vehicles are restored to showroom condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform full interior and exterior detailing, including vacuuming, polishing, waxing, and cleaning.
- Apply ceramic coatings, paint protection, and surface treatments according to company standards.
- Conduct headlamp restoration, limescale removal, and engine bay cleaning.
- Inspect vehicles before and after detailing to ensure top-quality results.
- Use proper techniques and tools for cleaning, buffing, and polishing.
- Maintain detailing equipment, tools, and materials in good working condition.
- Report any damage or irregularities to the Workshop Supervisor.
- Ensure safe handling and correct use of chemicals and cleaning agents.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workshop area.
- Support other technicians and assist in training junior team members when needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in automotive detailing or car wash operations.
- Knowledge of various detailing products, tools, and techniques.
- Ability to operate polishing machines and apply ceramic coatings (training can be provided).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in different weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.
- Team player with good communication and time management skills.
