Core Activities & Accountabilities
- Technical support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers' technical problems and provide assistance with solar batteries and Invertors.
- Troubleshooting and repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair problems with solar system components, including panels, batteries, and other electrical equipment.
- Customer follow-up: Ensure customer issues are resolved satisfactorily by following up after service has been provided.
- Training: Train sales agents and other technicians on the proper operation and installation of solar products.
- Documentation: Document all work performed, including components used and actions taken.
- Customer education: Advise customers on the proper operation of their equipment and educate them on solar power solutions.
Minimum Academic, Professional Qualifications & Experience
- Grade Twelve (12) Certificate
- Diploma in Electrical & Electronics or a related field.
Core Competencies
- Knowledge of solar electrical systems i.e. Lithium Batteries and Inverters
- Experience with solar installation or electrical work is highly desirable.
