Zimworx is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to provide advanced administrative and strategic support to senior leadership. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, strong judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Senior EA will ensure leadership effectiveness by managing complex schedules, coordinating strategic projects, and serving as a trusted liaison with both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize complex executive calendars, meetings, travel, and event logistics.
- Draft, review, and prepare executive-level correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
- Support key initiatives by tracking deliverables, monitoring progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Prepare briefing documents and agendas for board and leadership meetings.
- Anticipate executive needs and provide proactive solutions to enhance productivity.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Mentor and guide junior administrative staff where required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field required; advanced diploma or postgraduate studies in Administration/Management is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 2 years supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership in a corporate environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar) is preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft and edit executive-level documents.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities with a proactive, solutions-driven approach.
- Proven track record of enhancing executive productivity and efficiency through advanced administrative support.
