Chinese Translator (Lusaka)
We intend to recruit a professional Chinese Translator at our Lusaka office to support daily communication and coordination between Chinese-speaking management, the local team, partners, and external stakeholders.
This position requires excellent oral and written Chinese communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a high level of responsiveness in daily work.
Core Responsibilities
· Provide accurate Chinese-English interpretation and translation services during meetings, on-site inspections, and daily operations.
· Translate various written materials, including emails, messages, notices, basic reports, and documents.
· Support communication with external organizations such as partners and service providers.
· Assist management in the coordination and follow-up of daily tasks.
· Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication between teams.
· Ensure prompt responses on instant messaging platforms (WhatsApp, WeChat, emails, and work applications).
· Assist with basic administrative and coordination tasks as required.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in oral and written Mandarin Chinese.

Lottery Outlet Site Selection Specialist (Lusaka)
Core Responsibilities
· Responsible for the site selection and planning of lottery sales outlets in the Lusaka area, focusing on local core markets (such as Kamwala Market, New Soweto Market, Pakati Market, etc.) and mainstream shopping malls (such as Manda Hill Mall, Levy Junction Mall, East Park Mall, etc.)
·Accurately selecting high-quality locations that meet the development needs of the lottery business.
· Conduct comprehensive field research, analyze core indicators such as pedestrian flow, passenger flow structure, consumption capacity, surrounding competitive situation (distribution of existing lottery outlets), commercial atmosphere and transportation convenience of target locations, form professional site selection evaluation reports, and provide data support for site selection decisions.
· Conduct efficient communication and business negotiations with shopping mall management, market operators and property owners, negotiating key terms such as lease price, lease term, rent payment method, signage display period, liability for breach of contract, and restrictions on the use of the site.
· Obtain the most favourable lease conditions with shopping malls for the company to the greatest extent.
· Responsible for the drafting, review and final signing of lease agreements, ensuring that the contract terms are legal and compliant with clear rights and obligations to avoid potential legal risks; at the same time, complete the filing and handover of materials after signing.
· Understand and abide by the relevant laws and regulations on commercial real estate, land use policies and lottery industry operation norms in Zambia, and ensure that the selected locations meet the requirements of local government and industry management.
· Possess excellent business negotiation skills and communication and coordination abilities
· Able to accurately grasp the negotiation rhythm and efficiently reach cooperation
· Have keen market insight and data analysis capabilities, and can accurately judge the commercial value of locations through research data.
· Basic English communication ability (able to cope with business negotiations and contract docking) is required; candidates who can speak local indigenous languages (such as Nyanja) are preferred.
· Possess strong independent work ability and be able to adapt to frequent field work in Lusaka
· No bad commercial credit records or criminal penalties
· Possess good professional quality and sense of responsibility
· Candidates familiar with commercial lease contract terms and with basic legal risk avoidance awareness are preferred.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
· High school or above
· More than 1-2 years of work experience in commercial site selection, real estate agency, channel development or related business negotiations
· Majors in business management and marketing are preferred.
· Familiarity with the local market environment and commercial layout in Lusaka will be an added advantage
Monthly Salary of between ZMW 5,000 ~ 8,000 gross subject to work performance and relevant experience plus sales commission, there is no upper limit for candidates with strong sales ability.
Lottery Salesperson (Lusaka)
(Working at designated lottery sales outlets)
Core Responsibilities
· Responsible for the normal sales of various lottery products at the outlet
· Accurately handling ticket purchasing and prize redemption services for customers,
· Proficiently operating lottery sales terminal equipment, and ensuring standardized transaction processes and accurate data.
·Proactively introduce lottery product rules, gameplay features and the latest promotional activities to customers,
· Actively guide customers to purchase tickets rationally, and increase the lottery sales volume of the outlet.
· Warmly receive every customer, patiently answer customers' relevant inquiries about lottery gameplay, prize redemption processes, bonus rules, etc
· Create a friendly and convenient consumption environment, and maintain good customer relationships.
· Responsible for the daily environmental hygiene maintenance of the sales outlet to keep the outlet clean and orderly
· Properly keep lottery tickets, sales equipment and business funds
· Check sales data daily, and complete account verification and reporting on time.
· Strictly abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the lottery industry in Zambia and the company's operation and management norms
· Strictly prohibit illegal sales, false propaganda and other behaviors, and ensure the compliant operation of the outlet.
· Responsible for the counting, collection, issuance and storage of lottery tickets, sales cash, promotional materials and other materials at the outlet
· Timely feedback for shortage of materials to the supervisor, and ensure the smooth progress of sales work.
Job Requirements
· Possess good communication and expression skills and customer service awareness,

· Proficient in operating basic office equipment and sales terminals

· Able to adapt to normal working hours in the retail industry (including some weekends and holidays).
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
· Senior high school or above
· Experience working in retail or service industry are preferred.
· More than 1 year of relevant work experience in sales or customer service is preferred
· Candidates with good communication skills and strong learning ability are also considered.
· Basic English communication ability (able to cope with daily sales communication)
·Candidates who can speak local indigenous languages (such as Nyanja) are preferred.
Monthly salary: ZMW 3,000 ~ 5,000 there is no upper limit for candidates with strong sales ability. (Salary structure of basic salary plus sales commission)
