We are looking for a highly organized and experienced person to join Kulu Lodge as the Lodge Manager. The Manager is in charge of the day-to-day operations at the Lodge in accordance with company mission statement, including maximization of financial performance, guest satisfaction and staff development within established quality standards. The job also involves overseeing employees and ensuring that all the services which affect customers such as housekeeping, catering, laundry, guest services and bar services are running smoothly. He/she also provides leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of our service culture, maximized operations and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a managerial role, especially in the hospitality sector is required.
• She/he should have strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should have strong leadership, good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good customer service skills are essential for this role as well.
• Must be trust worth and have the ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information.
