- Project Manager with the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Science or any construction related field from any recognized Institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on similar infrastructure projects
- Registered with the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) or an equivalent professional body.
- Valid Practicing License from the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) or the equivalent corresponding professional body
2/. Site Engineer/Agent with the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Science from any recognized Institution.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site supervision for construction projects
- Professional registration with the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) or an equivalent professional body.
- Valid Practicing License from the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) or the equivalent corresponding professional body
3/. General Foreman with the following qualifications:
A Diploma in construction or building technology from any recognized institution
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a foreman or site supervisor in construction projects
- Professional registration with the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) or an equivalent professional body.
- Valid Practicing License from the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ)
4/. Bricklayer with a craft or trades certificate in Bricklaying and Plastering accredited to TEVETA
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar construction roles.
