Remote Sales Executive – Commission Based (Part-Time)

Role Overview
We are looking for a self-driven Remote Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for finding and converting new clients, building strong relationships, and meeting sales targets.
Work Mode: Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Part-Time)
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and contact potential clients via email, social media, phone calls, and in-person outreach.
- Reach a minimum of 150 client contacts per week.
- Meet and exceed a K10,000 weekly and K40,000 monthly new business sales target.
- Submit daily reports summarizing clients contacted and progress made.
- Work closely with the management team to hand over closed clients for project execution.
Compensation
- 20% one-time commission on every successful new business sale (Website Development, Social Media Management, and related services).
Requirements
- Proven sales experience or relevant qualification.
- Access to a laptop, mobile phone, reliable internet, and power supply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
