Zimworx is looking for an energetic and persuasive Sales Agent to join our team and support a leading U.S.-based client. In this role, you will connect directly with customers, present tailored solutions, and help them choose products and services that best meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective and existing customers through high-volume outbound calls, emails, and texts.
- Present products and services clearly, highlighting features and benefits for each client’s needs.
- Build trust and rapport with customers to effectively persuade and close sales.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPI goals.
- Proactively follow up with clients to answer questions, address concerns, and guide them through the sales process.
- Accurately maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Stay current with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices through ongoing learning.
- Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in sales, telesales, or customer engagement roles.
- Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Positive, coachable attitude with a client-first mindset.
