Sales and Business Development Representative

Zimworx is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, driving revenue, and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives.
Track sales performance and report on results.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to grow Zimworx’s presence.

Requirements:

A degree qualification is a must (Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field).
Proven experience in sales, business development, or related roles.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
