Job brief:
Riggers
· Assemble, install, and maintain rigging gear such as pulleys, cables, winches, ropes, and scaffolding.
· Conduct thorough inspections of rigging equipment before and after use to ensure safety and compliance.
· Attach loads to lifting devices, cranes, or structures using slings, chains, and hooks.
· Communicate effectively with crane operators and other crew members using hand signals or radios.
· Operate rigging equipment to position materials accurately and safely.
· Assist in planning lifting operations, including calculating load weights and determining appropriate rigging gear.
· Ensure proper load distribution and balance during lifting operations.
· Report any defects, hazards, or equipment failures immediately.
· Maintain accurate records of rigging activities, inspections, and equipment usage.
· Follow all workplace safety standards and contribute to creating a safe working environment.
· Support other technical and site activities as required by supervisors.

Requirements:
Ø Over 4 years of experience in Huawei installations.
Ø Experience working with Huawei & ZTE Transmission and Wireless devices.
Ø Very good with using ISDP app and how to close tasks.
Ø Preferred to have (Work at heights, First aid, electricity Certificates)
Ø Good with power connections and rectifier alarms.
Ø Ability to work under any circumstances.
