Sales Account Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Professional to join our team in Zambia. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local market and a proven ability to drive sales in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the B2B sector.
- Prospect for new clients and generate leads within Zambia.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Potentially assist in the preparation of tender documents.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in B2B sales.
- Demonstrable sales success and established network within Zambia.
- Proven experience in preparing and submitting tenders is highly preferred.
- A solid understanding of telecom and energy solutions will be considered a significant asset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
