About the Role
The Sales Outbound representative is responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and converting potential leads into active Lenco Customers. This role is highly performance-driven, focusing on outbound prospecting, pitching and closing small to medium sized businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate leads through scouting, cold calls and networking.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships through active follow up
- Deliver compelling product pitches and demos tailored to prospect requirements.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales activity records in the CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize lead quality and improve customer acquisition strategies.
- Stay updated on Lenco’s product features, competitive landscape and industry trends.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing or related field ( Preferred but not mandatory)
- Minimum 1-3 years of sales, telemarketing or business development experience
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce or similar
- Time Management and organization skills
- Strong problem solving mindset with a customer first approach.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
