JOB OPPORTUNITY: PLUMBER
Adroit Engineering Construction Limited – Lusaka, Zambia
Adroit Engineering Construction Limited, a fast-growing construction company based in Lusaka, is looking for a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to carry out plumbing installations, maintenance, and repair works on various construction projects while ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Install, maintain, and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, and sanitation fixtures.
· Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
· Conduct routine inspections to identify plumbing issues and recommend corrective action.
· Install plumbing fittings such as sinks, taps, toilets, showers, valves, and pipes.
· Troubleshoot plumbing systems and diagnose faults accurately.
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on all plumbing works.
· Collaborate with site engineers, supervisors, and other team members to complete projects on time.
· Prepare reports on completed work and materials used.
· Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications & Requirements
Craft Certificate in Plumbing from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in plumbing works (construction experience is an added advantage).
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Good understanding of safety procedures on construction sites.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Physically fit and willing to work on active construction sites.
Successful candidate should be available to start as soon as possible
