Business Development Executive – Logistics & Freight Services

Are you an experienced Business Development Executive with a passion for driving growth in the logistics sector? We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our team and expand our Courier, Freight, e-Commerce, and Customs Clearance services in Lusaka and the surrounding areas.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for long-term customer retention. This will include handling the company's social media pages
✅ Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling
✅ Build strong client relationships and strategic partnerships
✅ Analyze market trends and competitor activities
✅ Sell a full range of freight forwarding services (road, air, sea, e-commerce, customs clearing)
✅ Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 3+ years of experience in sales/business development (logistics sector preferred)
✔ Degree or Advanced Diploma in a commercial field
✔ Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
✔ Knowledge of international trade principles and freight forwarding practices
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔ Valid driver’s license (own vehicle is an advantage)
