Introduction
Pact, a Washington, DC–based non-profit organization, is implementing the U.S. Department of State– funded Zambia Integrated HIV and Health Activity (Zambia Integrated Health Activity) The Activity supports the Department of State and PEPFAR’s 95–95–95 objectives and delivers both service delivery and technical assistance to strengthen Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health (MNCH) services. The Zambia Integrated Health works to improve, sustain, and integrate lifesaving HIV/AIDS and MNCH services at both health facility and community levels, ensuring that client-centered, high-impact, high-quality services are accessible to all Zambians.

All quotations must be submitted electronically to:

· Submissions must be in PDF, Microsoft Word, or Excel format.
· Zipped (compressed) files will not be accepted.
· Pages requiring original manual signatures must be scanned and submitted in PDF format as part of the email attachment.
· The RFQ title and number must be clearly referenced in the email subject line.
· Quotations received after that time or at a different address may not be accepted
