Key Responsibilities:
- Handle employee disciplinary cases,ensure all disciplinary actions comply with the Employment Code Act, 2019 and company policies.
- Manage labour disputes and represent the company.
- Maintain proper HR documentation and employee records.
- Advise management on labour law compliance in a mining environment
- Human Resource related tasks.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
Recognized HR Certification (ZIHRM / CIPD / SHRM or equivalent) – Required.
Minimum 2 years HR experience, with strong focus on disciplinary processes.
Mining industry HR experience – Preferred.
Proven experience handling labour disputes.
Strong knowledge of Zambian labour laws.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
