Job Purpose
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing front office operations, providing administrative and operational support, and assisting the sales team by preparing quotations and related documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front office, including receiving and assisting visitors and handling incoming calls.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Kitwe office.
- Assist the sales team by generating quotations and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Maintain proper filing of documents (physical and electronic).
- Coordinate office supplies and ensure the office is well organized at all times.
- Support basic operational tasks as assigned by management.
- Assist with general office coordination and communication.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in an office administration or similar role.
- Diploma or Certificate in Administration, Business, or a related field is an added advantage.
- Experience working in a front office or customer-facing role.
Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
- Organized, reliable, and professional.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

- Based in or willing to work in Kitwe.
