As part of our expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in our cleaning services division.
Key Responsibilities
· Business Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in cleaning services and wash room rental solutions.
· Client Acquisition: Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, identify their needs, and pitch tailored services and equipment.
· Partnerships: Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and vendors our South Africa.
· Revenue Growth: Identify new revenue streams, develop pricing strategies, and manage sales performance.
Requirements
· Experience: Minimum 5 years in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the cleaning services or rental solutions industry.
· Education: Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
· Skills:

· - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
