JOB PURPOSE
The Energy Saving System (ESS) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing ESS Solar Sales and installations
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning, installing ESS Projects
- Oversee daily operations, preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Enforce Healthy and Safety standard and manage environment compliance.
- Carrying out site inspections and energy surveys.
- Supervising the ESS team and provide timely reports.
- Bidding for projects
QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS
- Full grade 12 Certificate
- Minimum Degree in Electrical Engineering / Equivalent
- Minimum 3 years Experience
- Minimum 2 years Experience in Electrical and Grid Integration
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Proficient in Microsoft Packages
- Analytical and multi-tasks.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, honest, ability to work under pressure and privatize tasks
- Willing to grow with the organization
- Strong attention to detail
