The Zambia Red Cross Society (ZRCS) operates a Hospitality Lodge in Livingstone as one of its most important Strategic Business Units (SBU). The process of renovating the lodge started in Q4 of 2024. The required renovations proved to be more extensive than initially envisioned, leading to the division of the renovation process into two (2) phases. The organisation is at a point where the next and final phase of renovation must be completed and is looking to engage the services of a reputable contractor or building consulting firm with the requisite expertise to function as the second phase’s Technical Supervisor (TS). The TS will supervise the works of the Contractor to be engaged and give technical, supervisory, administrative, and regulatory advice to the project managers and senior management teams at ZRCS.
We are looking for a dedicated professional who can commit to overseeing the project from start to finish, ensuring that all work is carried out efficiently and to the highest standards. Your expertise and attention to detail will be instrumental in achieving the desired outcomes for the second phase of renovations at Henry Dunant Lodge, Livingstone, at The Zambia Red Cross Society.
