Maintain accurate and up-to date financial records, including sales, purchases, and expenses.
Process and record financial transactions, prepare invoices, and manage accounts payable and receivable.
Assist in preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, and help with budget preparations.
Enter financial data into internal databases and ensure the accuracy of information.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A diploma or better in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices, including accounts payable and receivable.
Experience with accounting software (Tally) and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in managing financial data.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
