We are looking for a highly organized and experienced person to join Kulu Lodge as the Finance and Admin Officer (FAO). The FAO is responsible for providing financial management to ensure sound internal controls, financial reporting and advice to management with respect to operations of Kulu Lodge. She/He provides administrative support and coordination to the company as well.
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, ZICA licentiate, ACCA level 2, or equivalent.
· 3+ years of experience in finance work, especially in the hospitality sector is required.
· She/he should have strong negotiation and contract management skills.
· Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Should have strong leadership, good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
· Good customer service skills are essential for this role as well.
· Must be trust worth and have the ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information.
· Must be a member of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA).
