Positions: Human Resource Intern, Brewing Intern and Procurement Intern
Locations: Lusaka
Contract: Six Months contract, Lunch and Transport Allowance to be provided.
Position Human resource Intern
Reporting to ;Human resource Officer.
The HR Intern supports the Human Resources department with daily administrative and operational tasks. The role helps the intern gain practical experience in recruitment, employee records, and HR processes.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Scheduling Meetings.
- Help prepare interview invitations.
- Maintain and update employee files and records
- Support onboarding of new employees
- Assist with attendance registers and leave records
- Help organize training sessions and staff meetings
- Handle basic employee inquiries professionally
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Support HR projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or Final Year Students
- Basic knowledge of HR principles
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Email)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Willingness to learn and take instructions

Position : Brewing Intern
Department: Brewing
Reports To: Brewing Manager
Job Purpose
The Brewing Intern supports the brewing team in daily production activities. The role provides hands-on experience in beer brewing processes, quality control, hygiene, and safety procedures within a brewery environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in beer brewing and production processes
- Support cleaning and sanitizing of brewing equipment and work areas
- Assist in monitoring fermentation and brewing parameters
- Support quality control checks and record keeping
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
- Assist with inventory of brewing materials and supplies
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications and Requirements
- Degree in Food Science, Brewing Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology and Natural Sciences.
- Basic understanding of brewing or food production processes is an advantage
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Physically fit and able to work in a production environment
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

Position: Procurement Intern
Department: Procurement / Supply Chain
Reports To: Procurement Officer / Procurement Manager
Role Summary
The Procurement Intern will support the procurement team in sourcing goods and services, maintaining supplier records, and ensuring procurement processes are followed. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in purchasing and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing purchase requisitions and purchase orders
- Assisting sourcing of quotations (RFQs)
- verify all incoming materials according to SOPs
- Inspect deliveries for damages or discrepancies
- maintain receipts, records and withdrawals of materials.
- issue and receive materials from or into warehouse.
- Help track deliveries and follow up with suppliers
- Comply with company procurement and inventory management policies
- Conduct regular stock counts
- Perform general administrative duties in the procurement department
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree student in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Basic knowledge of procurement processes is an added advantage
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
