Hoop Microcredit Limited is a fast-growing microfinance institution providing quick, short-term
loans to individual business owners and entrepreneurs. We are seeking a results-driven,
strategic, and hands-on General Manager to lead operations, drive growth, and strengthen our
market position.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction of the company
• Oversee daily operations, loan portfolio performance, and risk management
• Drive business growth, profitability, and operational efficiency
• Manage and motivate staff to achieve performance targets
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Prepare management reports, budgets, and business plans
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting,
Economics, or related fields
• Minimum of 2 years’ working experience in the finance sector or a managerial position
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong management and leadership skills
• High organizational, planning, and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in computer applications and MS Excel
• Solid accounting and financial management skills
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
