Key Responsibilities
- smooth daily transactions
- daily servicing of momo agents
- routine visits to momo agents to assess their cash and float needs
- respond to requests in a timely manner
- gather feedback from agents regarding challenges and service improvements.
Experience
- experience with mobile money transactions
- motor bike experience (if owns a license )
SKILLS
- good communication skills
- cyclist or
- motorbike skills

- NRC (zambian)
- Riders license
- police clearance
