Key Responsibilities:

Ø Monitor and report learner progress.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
Ø Diploma or Degree in Special Education (or related field).
Ø 2 to 3 Years Experience working with children with special needs.

2. PRIMARY TEACHER
Key Responsibilities
Ø Deliver engaging and effective lessons.
Ø Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and assessments in line with Oxford standards.

Ø Support learners’ academic, social, and emotional development.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
Ø Diploma or Degree in Primary Education or a related field.
Ø Certification or training in the Oxford Curriculum / International Primary Curriculum is an added advantage.
Ø Valid Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) registration.
Ø Minimum of 2–3 years’ teaching experience in an international or Cambridge/Oxford curriculum setting.

4. SHADOW TEACHER
Key Responsibilities
Ø Provide one-on-one or small group support for learners.
Ø Assist learners in accessing the curriculum and achieving learning goals.
Ø Implement strategies from Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with classroom teachers.
Ø Support learners with social, emotional, behavioural, and academic development.
Ø Observe, assess, and document learner progress and share reports with teachers and parents.
Ø Facilitate inclusion and integration of learners within mainstream classrooms.
Ø Work closely with teachers and school management to tailor learning approaches.
Ø Maintain confidentiality and uphold safeguarding standards
Ø Maintain regular, professional communication with parents regarding the learner's daily progress and goal attainment, ensuring a strong home-school partnership.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
Ø Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or Special Education
Ø Minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting learners.
Ø Training or experience in working with learners with Autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, or other learning difficulties is an advantage.

Ø Organise and supervise indoor and outdoor sporting activities, games, and athletics.

Ø Organise inter-house and inter-school sports events and competitions.

7. SCHOOL NURSE
Key Responsibilities
Ø Provide first aid and basic medical care to learners and staff.
Ø Assess, manage, and document illnesses and injuries occurring at school.
Ø Administer prescribed medication in accordance with medical guidelines and parental consent.
Ø Maintain accurate medical records and confidential health information.
Ø Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate referrals to healthcare facilities.
Ø Promote hygiene, nutrition, and general health education within the school.
Ø Ensure the school sick bay is clean, safe, and well-equipped.
Ø Advise school management on health and safety policies.
Ø Uphold safeguarding, child protection, and infection prevention standards.
Ø Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding learners’ health concerns.
Qualifications & Experience
Ø Diploma or Degree in Nursing (General Nursing, Registered Nurse, or equivalent).
Ø Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Zambia (NMCZ).
Ø Minimum of 3 years’ experience in nursing (school or paediatric experience is an added advantage).
Ø Current First Aid and CPR certification.
Ø Knowledge of child health, infection control, and emergency response.

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our school.

Ø Welcome parents, visitors, and learners
Ø Answer phone calls and manage enquiries
Ø Maintain learners and visitor records.
Ø Support administrative and office duties.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
Ø Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Ø 2 to 3 years experience.
Ø Strong communication and computer skills.
Ø Professional appearance and customer service skills.
Ø Ability to multitask and work with minimum supervision.
