Position Overview
The Back-Office Operations Intern will provide support to the Back-Office team by assisting with stock loading, transaction reversals, and general operational tasks. This internship is designed to give hands-on experience in financial operations, customer support processes, and data handling within a fast-paced business environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in loading customer float under supervision.
- Support the processing of transaction reversals in line with guidelines.
- Help coordinate the repair and return of POS terminals.
- Ensure all tasks are carried out accurately and within the set timelines.
- Respond to customer and merchant queries by escalating to the relevant team.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of operational activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Back-Office Operations Team Lead.

- Demonstrate accuracy and timeliness in data entry and stock loading.
- Understand the process flow for transaction reversals and POS terminal management.

- Reports to: Back-Office Operations Team Lead
- Works closely with: Operations Team and Customer Support
Qualifications
- Minimum: Grade 12 Certificate
- Recently completed a Degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field.
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, data entry)
