In order to ensure the vitality of team members and promote the growth of regional sales, we are looking to hire 3 Field Sales Executives whose responsibilities and experience is highlighted below:
Job Responsibilities
- Promote and sell tiles and related construction products to retail and project clients
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Provide product knowledge and technical guidance to customers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
- Coordinate with logistics and accounts teams to ensure timely deliveries and payments
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Have the ability of market analysis and market development, be good at communicating with customers and solve work problems on the spot.
- Must have 1-3 years of related work experience
- Must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from a credible higher learning institution
- Excellent field sales experience and negotiation skills
