We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to help increase student enrollment and promote our academic programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new students.
- Promote the college’s programs through school visits, events, social media, and community outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with secondary schools, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct presentations and career guidance sessions to prospective students.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns and monitor performance.
- Meet and exceed student enrollment targets.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment and marketing activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or student recruitment (experience in an educational institution is an added advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in social media marketing and basic computer skills.
