Buumi Foods is a food manufacturing business focussed on low-carb & diabetic friendly foods; specifically transforming local daily staples into healthier alternatives, giving life back to people.
Buumi seeks a Keto Sales Executive responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building customer loyalty for Buumi products tailored to low-carb, keto, or health-conscious lifestyles. This role involves developing new business, managing existing client relationships, and promoting the brand's unique value proposition.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Target Achievement: Develop and implement action plans (weekly/monthly/quarterly) to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Customer Acquisition & Retention: Identify and engage potential customers, including coffee shops, restaurants, cafes, and retail partners.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and key accounts.
- Product Knowledge & Advocacy: Deeply understand low-carb/keto/buumi ingredients and effectively communicate the health benefits and nutritional information to customers.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and threats.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, including pricing and commercial terms, to close deals.
- Sales Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM, analyze performance, and provide regular reports to management.
- Internal Coordination: Work with R&D, and production teams to address customer requirements and ensure product quality.
- Sampling & Promotion: Organize in-store sampling or industry exhibitions to increase product awareness.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in sales within the food & beverage, bakery, or health food industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven understanding of low-carb, keto, or dietary-specific products is highly preferred.
- Sales Skills: Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills to present to clients.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and sales KPIs.
- Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with hotel, retail, cafe, or restaurant chains.
- Experience in the health/functional food market.
Common Working Conditions
- This role is fully remote, except for management meetings to be scheduled twice weekly
- This role may require extensive travel to meet with clients.
- Fast-paced environment requiring the ability to manage multiple priorities
