A reputable Firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audit Supervisor to join our growing Audit & Assurance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading audit engagements, supervising teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise audit engagements from planning to completion.
- Review audit working papers and ensure compliance with ISA and firm methodologies.
- Identify risks and internal control weaknesses and provide practical recommendations.
- Draft management letters and assist in preparing audit reports.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop junior audit staff.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide professional guidance.
- Ensure assignments are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.
Minimum Requirements
- Professional qualification (ZICA, ACCA, CA, CPA)
- Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in external audit.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
- Proven experience supervising audit teams.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
