Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple audit engagements from planning through to completion.
- Ensure full compliance with ISA, IFRS, and the firm’s internal methodology.
- Review audit working papers, financial statements, and final reports.
- Provide technical guidance on complex audit and accounting matters.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop audit teams to ensure high-quality performance.
- Maintain strong client relationships and offer value-adding insights.
- Monitor engagement budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Contribute to business development and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Full professional qualification: ACCA, CA, CPA, or ZICA.
- 5–7 years audit experience, with at least 2 years at supervisory or managerial level.
- In-depth knowledge of ISA, IFRS, and auditing best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment.
