A call for consultancy to conduct a project baseline study on behalf of Alliance for Community Action (ACA) in partnership with Chapter One Foundation (COF) and Transparency International Zambia (TI-Z).
BACKGROUND
The Alliance for Community Action (ACA), in partnership with Chapter One Foundation (COF) and Transparency International Zambia (TI-Z) with support from the European Union (EU) is implementing a project called Project Include. The project will run for three years and aims at empowering rural and marginalised citizens in Zambia to actively and effectively participate in promoting good governance and defending democracy. Project implementation will take place in Southern and Copperbelt Provinces across six parliamentary constituencies, covering the districts of Zimba, Kazungula, Kalomo, Masaiti, Mpongwe, and Lufwanyama.
The baseline study is a foundational requirement intended to establish pre-intervention knowledge, capacity, attitudes, practices, and institutional readiness across all target groups, and will serve as the anchor for measuring progress, adaptation, implementation strategy and endline evaluation. The overall budget for this baseline survey is EUR 7,000.00.
