We are looking for a qualified Central Control Operator to support operations at our new concrete batching plant in Lusaka. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating production operations and ensuring smooth plant scheduling.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in concrete mixing plant operations or production scheduling is preferred
- Basic Chinese language proficiency will be an added advantage
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Process Engineering
- Lusaka residents are preferred
- Familiarity with local road conditions and the Lusaka operating environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control batching plant production processes
- Coordinate scheduling of trucks and production activities
- Communicate with drivers and plant staff to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure production targets and operational standards are met
- Assist management with operational reporting and coordination
